In support to the implementation of the Integrated River Basin Management and Development Master Plans (IRBMDMP), River Basin Control Office (RBCO) conducted the Learning Event on River Basin Integrated Information Management Systems (RBIIMS) at Sequoia Hotel, Quezon City last 10-12 May 2017.
The event was attended by: Assistant Secretary for Financial Management and Information Systems, Bresilda M. Gervacio, RBCO Executive Director Antonio M. Daño, River Basin Organizations’ Regional Focal Persons and selected participants from DENR Central Office.
With this event, the participants were introduced and familiarized themselves to the RBIIMS, the central river basin database where all government agencies and existing river basin organizations submit their developmental initiatives and updated databases within the river basin for integration and consolidation. The system will serve as support in decision making in Integrated River Basin Management and monitoring the implementation of the respective Master Plan.
